Rising Eagle Partners, LLC is a Project Management Company comprised of highly qualified and diversely experienced design and construction industry professionals with an average of 25 years of experience, who can represent our Client in the Project Management of all phases of the project development process.
Our services can be provided from the concept of an idea through project evaluation and feasibility analysis, the selection of the Consultant team and their fee and contract negotiations, the City planning entitlements and approvals process, land purchase, lease negotiations and Tenant Work Letter development, due diligence surveys, through the shell/core and/or tenant improvement design process and the bidding of the project and its construction (core & shell and tenant improvements). Rising Eagle Partners, LLC services can also include the management of the procurement of the furniture, fixtures and equipment, installation, commissioning and start-up, Client move-in and project close-out.
Although our service can be provided at any stage of the project, for maximum effectiveness, the earlier the involvement of the Project Manager in the project the better, as this maximizes the opportunity to influence the projects outcome and control the costs. Rising Eagle Partners, LLC represents the Client in the coordination and management of the project in the pursuit of the Client's project objectives.
Rising Eagle Partners, LLC was formed in response to an increasing Client demand for professional and independent Project Managers to represent them and control the design and construction process.

Since our formation, Rising Eagle Partners, LLC has been refining the project management techniques, which separates the management function of a project from its master planning, land use approvals, design and construction functions.
